No OWA after Daylight Savings Updates

O

OWA

After the daylight savings updates on Exchange 2003, no one can get to OWA.
Anyone else have this problem?

The order of dealing with DST in this scenario is:
Apply O/S updates on workstations
Apply O/S updates on servers
Run the Exchange Calendar update tool against all affected users/servers/both
OR
Run the TMZMove utility
OR
Run the Exchange Calendar update tool against all affected
users/servers/both but only modify recurring appointments and ask users to
rebook single instance appointments that fall into the DST period
OR
Do neither, just let users update their own appointments as required

Apply Exchange server DST update

Also, you can check to make sure your front-end (OWA server) and back-end
(Exchange) servers have the same folder versions.

Here is what we had to do.

Check here on both servers (c:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\exchweb) and ensure
the front-end has the same folders as the back-end.

What exactly happens? if OWA is goofy, was the Exchange update installed?
OWA uses CDO which provides its own tz info so exchange needs updated too -
however I don't think it would keep you out of the interface - only cause
items to have the wrong time.
