Hi,
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2, in Windows 2003 R2 SP2 Active Directory.
End users can not create a server based rule in Outlook. They get "you don't
have permission to perform this operation" error.
I found 1-2 users can create server based rule (like "Have Server Reply with
specific message")
Administrators have no problems.
(Same rule can be created by end users no problem as long as Outlook is in
safe mode)
I am sure this is permission issue somewhere with Active Directory.
Anyone can guide me where to look at in Active Directory or knows about
this issue apreciated.
(They seem to have full rights to their mailbox)
