No permit dupes in listbox...

i have this userform... is possible to not permit the insertion in
listbox1 and listbox2 the dupes value...

Example:
if i insert from cbox1 a MESSAGGI SWIFT IN PARTENZA and into listbox1
if already existis MESSAGGI SWIFT IN PARTENZA into listbox1 and i
reselect from cbox1 the same value not insert in listbox1...

same for listbox2 and cbox2
