No polling

History:

Outlook 2002 broke.
Starting in Safe Mode nothing else
Uninstalled Office XP
Installed Office 2000
Error starting Outlook 2000. It fixed the problem
Outlook 2000 won't connect in Corporate Mode but will in Internet Only mode
Uninstalled Office 2000 while installing Office XP
Outlook 2002 Error starting up. Said No to safe mode and started OK.
Now Outlook 2002 will not poll for new messages.

Any ideas?
