No Postoffice address list when sending as attachment

Nick

I use Outlook 2000 to get mail from MicrosoftMail.
Everything works fine when directly using Outlook, but
when I am, for instance, in Excel and choose File -> Send
To -> Mail Recipient(as Attachment), I have no postoffice
address list to choose a recipient and of course as you
would expect when I type in the name to send it, it cannot
resolve that name. However, it does work with a complete
e-mail address like (e-mail address removed) . The problem is I want
to use our company's internal e-mail not internet e-mail.
