No powerpoint converter installed.

I have a user that is trying to open a Powerpoint .ppt. I
am receiving the error no converter for this file type is
installed. We are using Office 2k SR-1. I have sarched the
website as well as Technet and can not find anything. Any
help would be great. Thanks.
