No process was made to the message because of illegal recipient

I am using Outlook 2007 and when trying to view some messages received
I am getting the above line in the beginning of the message. It is
probably not the exact text because I translated it from Hebrew. The
rest of the message is a mess.

The account is gmail and when logging in directly to the web site, I
can read the message just fine.

I am fully trusting the sender (I am normally getting it for the same
sender) so I know it is not Spam.

Any Idea?

Thanks in advance,
Orr

Are you using any type of antivirus or antispam scanner on the mail as you
download it?

Of course I am using an Anti-virus. It is the free AVG. Do you think
it it is related? If so, why only for some messages of the same
sender?
How can I fix it?
