no products detected from Office 2007 B2TR

Office 2007 B2 installs fine on Vista RC1, but will not run.
B2TR setup cannot find any products to update.
I read a previous post about changed location of Documents folder, and tried
defaulting my previously changed Music and Pictures folders, to no avail.
Tried re-installing Office 2007 B2, then install B2TR, and still can't find
anything to update.
I have office 2007 installed on XPSP2 with B2TR working fine, and it looks
brilliant, I need to see it on Vista

Athlon 64 3000
1.5GB RAM
200+120GB HDD (40 free on install drive)
nForce4 mobo

After fresh install of Vista RC1 I installed Office 2007 B2, which installed
fine.
Then run B2TR setup, and it can't detect any products that need updating.
Office 2003 works fine (but I don't want to use it.)
Office 2007 B2 (without B2TR) doesn't run at all.
