Did you first uninstall any Trial Version of Office together with Activation
Assistant, reboot, prior to installing from cd?
Where are you going to create the data file, via Mail Applet in the Control
Panel?
And what type of mail account, pop, imap or?

Once you have your mail account settings from your ISP, go to Control
Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts->New. Install your mail account and okay out.
Once you open OUtlook, it will create the .pst file.
