No Read Permission

I have a network database with no obvious security. I cannot get into the db.
I keep getting an error message "Cannot read records; no read permission on
MSysAccessObjects."

Has the db been corrupted? Is there anyway to retrieve the contents of the
db? This db is one of several on the network but this is the only one with an
issue.
