no reminders from mail subfolders

i run exchange on sbs 2003 and i have a client runnig outlook 2003
a client gets reminders only from inbox
when the reminders are on mails in sub folders they dont popup
p.s
probably not connected to the exchange

Correct. Reminders work from your default folders only, unless you obtain
third-party software like http://www.slovaktech.com/extendedreminders.htm or
http://www.slovaktech.com/remindermanager.htm
