No reply for Resource not in msp_resource_rates table

I haven't received any response yet for the issue I posed a month ago.
Has no one experieced this before?

I have a resource in the msp_resources table and is assigned tasks in
multiple project plans. However, the resource does not have an entry
in the msp_resource_rates table. I've verified the resources rate in
the enterprise resource pool as well as republished the project plans
the resource is assigned to. For some reason the resource is not
being added to the msp_resource_rates table.


Any suggestions?
