Hi
How did you create the 3 users.
Make sure that you have all desired permissions to view resources
You should also have access to resource centre view

Hi Manmeet
I have the acces of resource center view. I logged in as
administrator.
I have created users from admin page of project server with windows
authentication.

To create resources follow these steps
1. open project professional
2. from tool- enterprise options- select open enterprise resource pool
3. now enter details of users along with their windows account
4. save and close this pool

Now check these names in the resource centre
If you use admin page then those are users and not resources
Let me know if it works

I set my resources up exactly how you mentioned. Monday I could see them fine
and yesterday I was not able to view it in PWA. I can open the Enterprise
Global and see all the resources and I can also see them if I try to build a
team within PWA.

I have checked the OLAP cube but I see nothing wrong with it.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I have the same problem. I see no resources in the "Resources Summary" view
within the "Resource Center". The resources appear to be fine in the
Enterprise Resource pool and all other areas of PWA work as expected.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

I have a similar problem. The resources were added in Project Professional
in the Global Resource Pool, by importing from Active Directory. All
resources created after about 3 weeks ago are in
- the Project Professional view of the Global Resources
- the PWA Admin drop-downs used to manage security of users, groups and
categories,
- The pick-box for opening Global Resources in Project Professional
BUT
- do not appear in the PWA Resource Centre.

We have succeeded in assigning them as resources to a task in Project
Professional, but they still don't appear in PWA Resource Center.

We have read the posts here suggesting they be deleted and first re-added
from Project Pro then added as users in PWA, but that has not changed
anything.

Also, at one time the resource record was visible in PWA Resource Center but
the Resource Name was blank and nothing could be typed into it. Deleting
that resource and re-adding it (again) resulted in that record disappearing.

Any ideas?

Sorry to continue to thread without a solution, but hope someone can help
with this issue. I've also added resources to the ERP, but can not see them
in the Resource Center. They can be viewed in the ERP, and when using Build
Team, and in security views. But they are not visible in the Resource
Center. We are very concerned about this. The Resource Center is not
filtered, and several other people in the organization are experiencing the
same issue. Perhaps part of the problem, or perhaps a coincidence, is an IE
error message "The instruction at '0x10005f6c' reference memory at
'0x10005f6c'. The memory could not be 'read'." This has occurred on several
occasions and seems unrelated, but I can not find a specific solution on this
site. This has been occuring for about a month. Prior to that, no issues.
No other symptoms have been noticed. Suggestions?

Has anybody got a resolution to this problem?

I've looked at the MSP_WEB_RESOURCES table in the projectserver DB, in SQL
server, and there is no obvious problems such as duplicate accounts.

Brad:

You may be making a serious mistake by assuming that "this symptom" is
actually "this problem." Don't confuse the two. Me-too posts are generally
unproductive. If you're serious about getting help, you'll start a new
thread where you provide enough background information to help us guess what
might be going on in your system.
