no resource plan views available - Solution!

After one of the project managers reported this problem, I found that all PMs are getting the same error message. it is a security setting.
Solution:
go to Sever Settings --> Manage Categories --> then click on My Projects, expend Views-Add to Category, scroll down to Team Build and tick all views.
Please note: if under Manage Groups, the Project Managers are assigned to the two groups: My Project and My Personal Projects, then enabling only this setting might not be enough (the problem Jerold is having), you need to enable the same setting in both Categories: My Projects, and My Personal Projects.
