No response from the server

I can receive email messages, but not send them out.. I get two error
messages: Specific server was found-but no response from the server. Please
verify the port and SSL information is correct
Outlook could not connect to the outgoing mail server
Both errors say it has something to do with the SSL and the port... Any
suggestions?
