NO RIBBON ON OUTLOOK 2007

I upgraded to outlook 07 from 03. 03 was delete first. I have no ribbon at
the top of new 07. Have done reinstall, repair, and scan for problems, but
still no ribbon; it looks and works like 03 version but it shows that it is
07 version w/ SP1.

Correct, Outlook 2007 doesn't have a Ribbon in the main interface. It does
have a Ribbon for all the separate (17) item windows though. The main
interface will get Ribbon support in the next version of Outlook.
