No Risks & Issues assigned on PWA homepage

[Urgent!No Risks & Issues Assigned on PWA]

Hello all!,

I'm facing a problem regarding risks and issues assignments on PWA.

I created a risk and assigned to one of my team member, but when he go to
PWA, it says no risk assigned.Same in the case of issues too.

Also, when he created a risk and issues and assigned to me, i'm not able to
see on PWA.

I checked the server congiguration, permissions on view risk and issues are
granted for team members , PM etc. Also, these team members have windows user
account and have the permissions on all projects.

when you open the pwa, its does connect to the WSS and says no risk and
issues assigned.

do you know why this is happening?
