No Scanner Present In Office Document Scanning

For some unknown reason I can import images etc from my scanner into Word,
Powerpoint, Frontpage etc. But when it comes using Document Imaging/Scanning
the Choose Scanner option does not show my HP1350, Either via TWAIN or
direct. I'm hoping it is something reasonably simple. I have searched long
and hard but can't find the answer. Any ideas/solutions.
