Hi,
I'm using office 2000 on a PC that's running windows XP service pack
2. I created a Word document and would like to change the font from
Ariel to script. When I tried to do this I noticed the script font
wasn't available within the list of fonts available in Word. However,
when I brought up the control panel and selected fonts I found the
script.fon fonts available. When I selected install I got an error
message that the font was already available. I'm assuming Word
already looks in the "fonts" directory but wasn't sure how the install
procedure worked so tried it anyway. The only thing I can think of is
that the script font listed in control panel is something that came
with XP and is not compatible with Word 2000? Any help in getting
Word to recognize that script font or letting me know where I can
download a script font for Word 2000 is greatly appreciated!
