No Scroll Bar

Hi all,

I have a laptop running Windows XP Professional, SP3 and Outlook 2003. If I
reply to an email, there is no scroll bar in the reply window. I can scroll
up and down using the arrow keys but this can sometimes be a pain especially
if the reply is long. Anyone know how I can get a scroll bar to appear ? Many

Start with detect and repair. If you haven't rebooted since you lost the
scrolls, reboot.
