No shared contacts folder in OE6

I have more than one identity in Outlook Express 6. If I
understand correctly, there should be a non-
deletable 'Shared Contacts'folder which was created by MS
OE6, but there is not.

According to the Help file, I should be able to click on
the View menu and select Folders and Groups; this option
is not available on my View menu.

All folders (including folders I created) show up in all
identities, but there is no Shared Folder.

Please help. Thanks in advance.
