No signatures in Forms - pleae

In our previous verison of Outlook 98/WIN NT, when I would
open a form from a public folder through the ActionMenu,
it would not display any signatures. And when I would
create emails from my peronsal mailbox my default
signature would display. I like that scenario.

However, when we rolled out to Outlook XP/WIN NT, my
default signature displays in everything. I DO NOT want
it to AUTOMATICALY display in forms, but DO in all things
else. Is there a fix?
