No Site Templates Installed

When I try to connect to a Share Point Server from the Project Web Access
admin page, I get the error: "There are no site templates installed on the
specified server running Windows Share Point Services. Verify that the Web
server is properly extended with Windows SharePoint Services."

I ran the Windows SharePoint Services Configuration wizard and verified
that the Public Documents site is valid.

Larry:

More times than not when I've seen this error, it's because the user is
typing the address wrong into the entry field. Could this be your situation?
It's rather easy to do.
