No smart tags in excel 2007 spreadsheet

i downloaded a trial version of excel 2007...I want to update my excel stock
portfolio with current stock prices...BUT THERE ARE NO SMART TAGS in my
spread sheet...I tried to intall the smart tag install.exe file but it does
not exist...trust me..
any suggestions...(no recognizers in smart tag)
