No sound in Office at all.

Hi.

This strange problem just started yesterday. Every program in Office
from Entourage to Word is completely devoid of sound. And the "provide
feedback with sound" option is checked.

I tried calling into Microsoft, but since I already called in a
whopping 2 times, they refused to help (no surprise there)

I thought that it may be a Pentium thing, but I migrated all my data
over from my PowerBook G4 2 months ago, and it only started giving me
problems yesterday.

I'm guessing you've verified through System Preferences that the volume is
audible and not muted.

Some users with GarageBand have also had success opening & closing that
application.
