I attempted to publish a sound file but received a server error saying (in
effect) that the file transfer failed. I later learned that the size of the
sound file was 8 mega-bytes which exceeded the 5 free mega-bytes I have been
allotted.
So I then published a MIDI file which was a whopping 50 kilo-bytes.
I didn't receive a server error this time but upon opening my own web page I
was not getting any background sound at all.
Is it possible that there were copyright protections on this MIDI file which
would have prevented its playback?
Do I need to also specify a media player somewhere in my web pages?
Thanks in advance,
