No Spam folder

One account I created does not have a spam folder for some reason. I've tried to creat a spam or junk email folder, but entourage says it's not a proper name for folder. The draft, sent and trash were also intially not there, but appread (indented away from inbox, which was unusual) --- by right clicking receive complete folder list ---Still no junk or spam folder so can't get on board yet. thanks.

Look at that! You're into IMAP now!

This sounds like a common behavior with some IMAP servers. I'm going to
guess you're seeing something like:

INBOX
Drafts
Sent
Trash
Junk E-mail

This isn't an error. It's just the way this particular IMAP server
software works. Some like it. Some don't. I personally don't get it.

You may be able to alter the appearance by going into Tools -->
Accounts... and double-clicking your IMAP account. Under the Options tab
you can enter "INBOX" (or whatever the name you see for your top level
folder) into the "Root folder" field. If nothing changes then you can't
alter the appearance and will simply have to live with it this way.

Bill,
way off. Let me explain with screenshots.

I have 4-5 email accounts with one web hoster that are doing fine.

I just set up another, a new imap email account that is tied to a different web hoster -- very important primary email account.

But I'm getting two weird isses with this new one. I just deleted the account - reset it up, and I still get these two weird issues:

1) no spam folder
2) I get annyoing error message 1025 to specify folders
3) the indentaion is different than 4-5 that are working fine.

Here are two screenshots that should clearify what I'm talking about.
The DP IMAP is the one new email account that is giving me this new headache. the one on top.

The one below it, LB my new site, is one of the 4-5 good email imaps that are perfectly fine.

Also new problem.
The 4-5 that are good?
I've checked live sync and it was working great. I see the little red + symbol.
But then inexplicably the symbol goes off, even though the function is still checked.
But now it's back ok. what is this?
