no start/end time in appointment subject when matching timescale

I mostly use the workweek view in the calendar with work planned in 45min
blocks so I work with a 15min timescale.
What I find very odd/annoying is that when both the start and end time of an
apointment match whole timescaleunits (15/30/60min), Outlook suddenly does
not display the time at all in the subject, just the appointment name/location

for example: app1: 9:00-9:45, app2: 11:00-12:00, app3: 13:01-14:00
with 15min units, appointment time is only shown on app3, app1,2 only the
appointment name...
with 60min units, then app1 and app2 time is shown in their appointment
subject...

I would very much like Outlook to ALWAYS display the appointment start/end
times, on all workdays wether they do or do not match the timescale units in
the (workweek) view....

is this possible..??

I too would like Outlook to give me the option of automatically displaying
the time in each appointment. Does anyone know how to do this, other than
making the start or end time one minute longer or shorter?
