No Stationery on Format menu

I am demoing OneNote 2007. The instructions say to open the Stationery task
pane, click Stationery on the Format Menu. I click on the Format menu but
there isn't any Stationery on it. So how do you open the Stationery Task Pane?

What was called "stationery" in OneNote 2003 is now called "templates". It
is the third item from the bottom of the Format menu.
