No subform wizard - Access 2002

Does anyone know the circumstances under which the
Subform/Subreport wizard may fail to load in Access
2002? I'm running this on a Windows XP network - it
works for all users except 1!

The answer is that the Wizard control in the toolbox was
switched off. (Groan)

So a single mouse click would have saved a great deal of
time (and angst!!)

Perhaps MS could consider altering the functionality of
this feature, so that when you attempt to create a
subform/subreport, it then asks you if you wish to use
the wizard or not?
