No subject or To line on sent items

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have not subject or "to" line on items sent using a mobile device. All it shows is <No Subject>. I read this is a microsoft problem <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926521>.
Does anyone knows if microsoft has fix it already?

I have written an AppleScript to help with this problem and others (in
