No Such Interface Supported (clipart)

Microsoft clip organsier cannot complete the operation , no such interface
supported error code 0x80004002 , I have already actioned the user action for
this fault as detailed in technet which is to ensure you have a late version
of mdsn.
of which i have 2.8 , this problem with clipart is across all the office
2007 suite , able to go online and dowmload clipart ,but unable to use it in
any of the office applications . have reinstalled both office and operatiing
system windows xp sp 2 still no success.

Hi Mary

have run the componet checker , have registered the ole.dll ran a detect
and repair which ran successfully , but still the error 0x80040e21 no such
interface
supported .

Be sure your temporary cache is cleared, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.

See if moving the temporary folder helps. Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, move folder.


It might be worth while to ask this question in a Windows newsgroup.
