I have upgraded form Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002, infact
the whole Office Suite has been upgraded. I have the 'Use
Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages' checked.
When creating a new mail, I click the To button, then
double click the recipient, then OK.
After I click the OK button the 'Select Names' box closes
as normal, but I then get the error message 'No such
Interface Supported', with an OK botton.
The contacts name dosen't appear in the 'To Address Bar',
but if I click the To button again the name is in
the 'message reciepents' box.
I have tried several re-installs of office, including a
complete un-install rad using the repair option.
The suite in patched upto SP2 and has any other patch I
could find in the download area.
Any Ideas...
