I've got one user that's getting the message "No Such Interface Supported"
being reported from Microsoft Word when he tries to address an email
message. Obviously he's got Outlook configured to use Word as his email
editor. What would cause this error.
We use a common basic image for all client machines and other machines work
just fine... We've re-imaged his PC and he still gets the same error. If
he uses someone elses machine he gets the error there and then everyone
after him gets the error.
Turning off Word as the email editor doesn't work, because for some reason
it keeps resetting itself. Strange stuff. Can someone shed some light on
this? Thanks.
