No tables shown in Linked Table Manager in Access 2003

The Subject line sums up my problem succinctly - where are the linked tables
to be managed? No tables shown up. When I reopen the same mdb in AccessXP
and run the Linked Table Manager, the "wizard" displays all tables and works
fine.

Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Re-register accwiz.dll (the one located in the same folder where Access 2003
is installed)

Regsvr32 "path\ACCWIZ.DLL"
