Using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server.
By default, when the "Out of Office Assistant" is enabled and a Meeting
Request is recieved , the "sniffer" in the meeting request will not create a
tenative meeting/appointment entry in the calendar. Once the "Out of Office
Assistant" is DISabled, the tenative entries will show up in the calendar.
(Unless, of course, the meeting request was accepted or rejected accoringly
before hand)
This is the way Outlook 2003 works. However, this may be a default method
of Outlook's functionality. Is there anything that can be done to cause
Meeting Requests to show up as a tenative meeting/appointment entry in the
calendar if the "Out of Office Assistant" IS enabled?
