I migrated from Outlook 2000 to 2003. I have Norton Internet Security
running (but have disabled it and still encounter the problem below).
I receive emails that have a subject line but no text or images. My default
format is HTML.
Some of the messages include an Infobar, where I can click on it and tell
Outlook to let me view the email in HTML. But most of the emails do not
include an Infobar. The entire Text box of the email message is blank.
I went to Tool|Options|Security|Download Pictures|Change Automatic Download
Settings and "unchecked" the Don't download pictures ... checkbox, but this
does not clear up the problem.
Any suggestions?
