"No transport provider available"

This error message comes up for various emails that I send
out. It only happens to certain email addresses. I have
Outlook 2000 and it goes through Microsoft Exchange 2000
Server. I dont know how to fix this problem. I dont know
if it has anything to do with the fact that I recently
installed Spam Killer on my PC. How do I fix this problem?

I would really appreciate any help.
