No Transport Provider for Distribution list

Mike

I have a user who created a Distribution List in Outlook
2000, and when she sends a note to this distribution
list, she gets a message back from the system
administrator ID that says:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

UserName (E-mail) on 12/4/03 12:51 PM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.

There are about 25-30 names in the DL, and it fails on
all of them. If I create a DL on her PC with just a
couple of the names, it sends OK, but I don't see
anywhere that the number of names is the problem. I have
searched on MSKB, and found one article that addressed
this (KB197417), but none of the answers there seem to
apply.
She doesn't have any problems sending to individual e-
mail addresses either. I've looked to see that everyone's
e-mail in the DL is spelled correctly, and still no
luck. Anyone seen this?

Thanks for any help you can provide,

Mike
