No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient

I get this message when I attemp to send Internet E-mail and local email at
the same time. Example: TO: (e-mail address removed) and CC: local user (from
Exchange 5.5 SP3 Global Address List) .

The workstation configuration is as follows:

Windows 98SE/2000PRO
Outlook 2000 (Services: Internet E-mail, Exchange Server, Personal Address
Book, and Personal folder.)

If I send Internet E-mail only, the message gets delivered properly. It's
only when I attemp to send Internet and local e-mail, only.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!
