no user / group left with administer right

Hi

I was playing around with permissions and managed to get no user /
group left with administer right for forms. How to resolve this? admin
is still owner but has no rights left.

My idea was to remove almost all rights from admin and remove it from
the admins group and create a new account (real_admin) and put it in
the admins group. Normal users will log in as the admin (without pass)
and programmers will log in as real_admin.

my second question is how to invoke to login window (for real_admins
only) without setting a password for admin?

The owner can always regain permissions. Login as 'admin' and modify the
permissions.

Even when trying to set it up like this, you still need to create a new
workgroup file to secure it with. You don't want Admin user to own
anything.

Real admins would login using your secure mdw, while users would use their
standard system.mdw and silently login as 'Admin' user.
