HI MY LAPTOP CRASHED A FEW TIMES NOW I CONTACT HEWET PACKARD AND THE T
ALED ME THEW RESTORE IT COMPLETLT BUT I HAVE LOST ALL OF MICOSOFT WORKS ? I
HAVE TOLD THEM THEY SAY THEY CANT DO ANY THING THAT I HAVE TO BUY IT AND
REINSTALL IT ALL THEY ARE GOING TO DO IS PICK UP MY LAP TOP AND SORT OUT THE
SOUND AND SLOWNESS OF IT? WHERE DO I STAND AS ITS NOT MY FALT ITS CRASHED

In what way is it not your fault? It's your laptop.

However, the software that was on it when you bought it should be
reinstallable. If HP aren't responsible, then presumably the software was
originally loaded by the dealer: in which case they should have provided CD
copies also.
