No wrap text

Have this workbook, wont wrap text even though highlighted the whole
workbook and checked wrap text. Wondering any idea on this. Thanks.

Is your text in merged cells? If so, wrap doesn't work. There's a macro
workaround by Jim Rech. Search the archives

Ok JE:
I went back and it turns out its just the cells in the first row that is not
wrapping. All other rows are fine. And in all new workbooks, usually, the
first row is fine.

So, I don't know that the deal is with this workbook.
