Non-editable text

I am a college teacher. I am using Onenote in the lab with my students. I
would like to write a lab-guide in such a way that my questions are
non-editable, but my student can insert empty space between them and answer
them.
I would like to be able to put my text in color, so that when they answer,
being the default black, I can clearly see their answers.

Some of my students don't insert blank spaces. They rather type after my
question, what makes it cumbersome for me to distinguish between their
answers and my questions.
Thanks
Clarisa

Text in ON can note be write protected. It's always editable.

But you might insert your questions as *images*.
Those could be created with the snapping tools.

In addition you might use table for holding the questions and blank
cells for the answers after each question.
