I run a small office network with 20 users (mainly using office XP). We all
use stand alone versions of outlook maintaining appointments / contacts
within our own pst files. I would like to set up some form of sharing
solution for people's calendars and contacts within incurring the expense
etc required to set up exhange.
What I would like to do is have a public pst file on a server with a
calendar for each individual listed along with one set of contacts so that
anyone can check the availability of anyone else from their own desktop.
I've tried Public Outlook & Groove and I haven't really found either product
really does what I need. I basically want each individuals local calendar
pst file sychronised to the public pst file on a real time basis without the
hassle of copying over etc and want to have the ability to import a pst file
of contact information on a periodic basis.
Cheers for your help.
