In Office 2007 you can not see how a meeting invite "show time as" is setup
before you accept. We use Outlook meeting invites for vacation, OOF and
other Informational all day events we need to confirm they "show time as"
FREE. I am finding that I have to remember the non-meeting invite I
accepted, then check my calendar to see how the "show time as" and correct if
needed.
