non playing movies in Powerpoint 2000

Hi all,

I have a network of computers running Powerpoint 2000 and
a mixture of Win2K and XP. A video that was inserted into
a Powerpoint file on an XP machine will not play from the
network, but will play on a Win2K machine. Any ideas?
