Non-printing objects in a word template?

In a template is it possible to have text and/or objects that is non-printable?

With no more detail than you provided the only suggestions I can offer are
that you check out Format> Font - Hidden for any text or InLine images. Use
Command+8 to toggle non-printing characters in order to view/hide the
content. Images/objects with text wrapping can be excluded from printing
through Preferences, but not on an individual basis - it's all or nothing.
