Non-public folder network share access through outlook 2007

Is there anywhere or anyway I can "link" non-exchange public folders (i.e.
regular network shares) in outlook? I have an executive who wants access to
all his email and all his digital documentation through one "screen". I know
I can just post all those docs to a public folder in exchange but there are
TONS of files and I don't want to clutter my exchange server with it. Thanks.

Not in one screen with Outlook 2007.

You can use Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and allow the
user to create a MY Site which allows you to add web parts that include the
user's inbox and a place to view all of the user's "Stuff" otherwise
referred to as digital documents. For kicks the exec can load a web part
with calendar items and even tasks. The other neat part is that with Outlook
2007 the Exec can sync personal folder from My Site (the digital stuff not
PST) to Outlook. Sorry if I have gone off topic for this group.

I don't believe so. Nothing in Office is a file system explorer.
