Non recognition of administrator in Outlook

I am unable to make changes in outlook trus tcentre as I am not recognised
as administrator. I am the sole owner and user of my computer and software.

Using Windows Vista or Windows 7?
To start with Administrator privileges, right click on the Outlook shortcut
in your Start Menu and choose "Run as Administrator".
